Terms of use

1. Who we are

The applications described on this site are published by M.R KHAN, of Chitrali Bazar, Khalishpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@mrkhan.store.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use our applications on devices you own or control, for your own business or personal purposes. The applications are free of charge; there is no subscription and no in-app purchase.

3. What you may not do

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the applications except to the extent that law expressly permits it; redistribute, sell or sublicense them; remove or alter any proprietary notice; or use them to break any law that applies to you.

4. Your data is yours

All records you enter are stored on your own device. We do not receive, host, process or have any means of accessing them. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your own backups — see Settings → Export and Settings → Back up. Because the data never leaves your device, we cannot recover it for you if the device is lost, reset or damaged.

5. No professional advice

Herdline is a record-keeping tool. It is not veterinary, agricultural, nutritional, financial, accounting, tax or legal advice, and it must not be relied on as such. It suggests no treatment, no dosage, no protocol and no milk-withdrawal period, and makes no diagnosis. Derived figures — expected calving dates, days in milk, 305-day yield, calving intervals, cost per litre and similar — are arithmetic over the values you entered and are provided for planning only. Always consult a qualified veterinarian and follow the milk-safety and food-safety rules that apply where you operate. You are responsible for every operational decision you take.

6. No warranty

The applications are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, livestock, produce or business, arising out of or connected with your use of the applications. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Third-party services

The applications are distributed through Google Play, whose own terms govern that distribution. We embed no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking software.

9. Intellectual property

The applications, their source code, design, name and logo remain our property or that of our licensors. This licence transfers no ownership.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the applications change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when we do. Continuing to use an application after a change means you accept the revised terms.

11. Termination

You may end this licence at any time by uninstalling the application. We may suspend or terminate it if you breach these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our registered address, Chitrali Bazar, Khalishpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live are unaffected.
