None. Herdline does not access, collect, transmit or receive any personal or sensitive user data. Specifically, we do not collect:
The information you enter — animals, milk figures, reproduction events, health records and ledger entries — is stored only on your device. We have no server that could receive it and no technical means of reading it.
Entirely on your device, and only to provide the app's own features: displaying your herd, computing days in milk, 305-day yield, calving intervals, cost per litre and the Today / Upcoming board, drawing charts, running search and filters, tracking streaks and milestones, and producing exports and backups when you ask for them.
Nothing is profiled, sold, rented or used for advertising. No automated decision-making is applied to you.
We share nothing, because we receive nothing. There are no advertising networks, no analytics providers, no cloud storage, no data brokers and no affiliates involved in the operation of this app.
If you use the app's export or backup feature, the resulting file is written into the app's own folder on your device. If you then choose to send it somewhere using the Android share sheet, it goes only to the destination you pick, and this policy no longer governs it — the privacy policy of whatever app or service you sent it to does.
Herd records are stored in a local database encrypted with AES-256. The encryption key, together with your settings, is held in Android's hardware-backed secure storage (Keystore), which is sandboxed to this app and not readable by other applications.
Because no data is transmitted, there is no data in transit to intercept and no server-side store to breach. Backups you export are written in readable form so that you can restore or inspect them, so store them somewhere you consider safe.
Your records remain on your device for as long as you keep them. We retain nothing, so there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.

Neither action can be undone by us. Export a backup first if you may want the records again.
There are none. Herdline requires no registration, no sign-in and no email address. It offers no social login and no cloud synchronisation.
Herdline is a business record-keeping tool intended for adults operating a dairy. It is not directed at children, is not enrolled in Google Play's "Designed for Families" programme, and contains no content aimed at children. Since we collect no data whatsoever, we do not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and there is no data to delete should a child use the app.
Data-protection law gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Because your data never leaves your device, you exercise all of them directly within the app, without needing to ask us:

Herdline embeds no third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, crash reporting or tracking SDK. The open-source libraries it is built with — Flutter, local storage and charting components — run entirely on the device and make no network calls of their own.
The app is distributed through Google Play. Google's own privacy policy governs the download and update process and anything Google collects as the store operator, which is outside our control and outside this policy.
Herdline requests exactly one Android permission:

Herdline requests no camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage, notification or any other permission.
Our Data safety declaration on the Google Play listing states that Herdline collects no data and shares no data. This is accurate: all processing is on-device, and exports are user-initiated and go only where the user directs them.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of the page will change with it, and the revised policy will be published at this same URL. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes on Google Play. Since the app loads this page live, you always see the current version.

Data controller. M.R KHAN, of Chitrali Bazar, Khalishpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh, is the data controller for Herdline. There is no joint controller and no processor, because no personal data is processed by us at all.
GDPR (EU/EEA and UK). Herdline performs no processing of personal data by us, so no legal basis under Article 6 is engaged on our part. No personal data is transferred internationally, because none leaves your device.
CCPA/CPRA (California). We collect no personal information and have never sold or shared personal information as those terms are defined. California residents therefore have nothing to opt out of, and the right to know returns the same answer as this policy: we hold nothing.
Other jurisdictions. The same position applies wherever you are: no collection, no transmission, no retention by us.
